Policy

At FLIK International, all orders are prepared fresh for our customers. We take pride in the fact that we provide the highest level of service. In order to maintain FLIK standards and ensure menu selection and time lines of delivery, we ask that you place orders ahead of time. One business day notice for placement of cold orders and a two business day notice for hot and special orders are required.

Last minute orders will be handled in a timely fashion. A one business day cancellation notice is required for all orders placed. A two business day cancellation notice is needed for special orders. Orders may be charged in full if not given the proper notice of cancellation.

There are no restrictions to our menu. We will be more than happy to customize any order at your request. Groups not meeting the required minimum on buffets and other specialty items will be accommodated by customizing individual orders.
